Two total lock ups

Had two now in 3 days. Total lock ups can't do anything. Having to do volume down home and power to get anywhere. God knows what it is. Annoying but might need a factory reset

Sorry to hear it. If you do do a factory data reset, don't install any apps to see if it still locks up. If it does then get a replacement.
