Do you even have Samsung Pay installed? I'm in the UK too and I'm almost certain it isn't even available here yet. It will get activated via an update in the coming months when it goes live here

Samsung Pay is not currently available in the U.K.

I downloaded the apk to see what you were experiencing. Think the pop up speaks for itself. It knows you're in the UK and doesn't go any further. All in good time my friend, it'll be here soon enough
