S7 Edge Speakerphone Issues

I think my phone is noise canceling itself when I'm using the speakerphone. When someone starts speaking, they are cut off and silenced. When I turn on mute they can talk with no issues. When I cover up both microphones with my fingers, no issues either. They can hear me fine.

I've checked every stupid setting in this stupid phone, and I don't see anything about noise canceling. I haven't seen anything about this anywhere on the internet either.

I don't have any such speakerphone issues on my (T-Mobile) S7E.

Haven't noticed that problem on mine, but I've only used the speakerphone a couple of times.
