My fingerprint scanner has stopped working on my Galaxy 7 Edge, how can I get into my phone?

My Galaxy 7 edge fingerprint wont read!

I just walked out with my new galaxy7 edge and of course the first thing I do is set up the lock screen. I registered 4 fingers on the fingerprint set up. It was working for literally 20 minutes then would not read any of them. I set up a backup pin, but its not presenting me with the option to enter it. I am now locked out for an hour....fornthe 2nd time. Is there something I need to do to enter the pin to unlock it? Is there a secret trick to the fingerprint reader? Am I doing something wrong?

Hi

If you didn't have Android Device Manager, or Samsung Find My Mobile installed and active, then there's no way bypass its security. Sorry!

You can, do a full factory reset; this will get you back to what it was when you walked out of the store. Hope this helps!
