Hello! So I set up my voicemail, regular and visual and for some reason I'm not getting notifications that I have voicemail When I go to the visual voicemail app, it doesn't even show that I have voicemail. I've reset my phone with no luck. I read that some AT&T users had to contact tech support to have them turn off visual voicemail and then turn it back on from their end. Is this a possibility? Is there another way around this? I don't want to download a 3rd party app, but if I can't get this working I may have to.

Try going to Settings-Application-Applications manager and look for the Visual voicemail app and clear cache and data. Next time you open it, it should ask to set it as the first time, sometimes this fixes issues like that. Just pay close attention to any permissions warnings as it may have asked you if you allow them and you may have selected no, just a theory.
