"Fast Charging" notification

Is it only the official Samsung "Fast Charging" products (wireless, AC, car) that utilize fast charging and activate the "fast charging" in the notification bar? Im just wondering since I am using the Anker 36w charger and it doesnt activate the fast charging in the notification bar. Im pretty sure it charges just as fast, as it claims, but the Ampere app doesnt measure well so I cant objectively measure it. Any thoughts?

If it is fast charging it should display it, has nothing to do with Samsung brand chargers, do you have fast charging turned on in the phones settings? If so you should be seeing charging around 1% a minute
