    Hi all...

    I have an S7 Edge and love it. However, over the last month or so I have been getting the popup message "Mobile data not available while on this call" when Im on a call. I have advanced calling activated through Verizon and turned on. When I contacted customer support they said that there had to be a 4g connection in order for data to work while on a call. I live in LA so there is 4G everywhere and tbh....when I had my LG G2 I never had this issue. Any insight that would help me would be great!

    What did Verizon say when you told them your 4G LTE reception is good? Or is it possible these messages occur when you happen to be in a bit of a dead zone? When I was on Verizon in the Silicon Valley, it was not uncommon for me to find some very specific areas where reception was poor (even though the signal indicator claimed good signal).

    Huh. This actually happened to me today during lunch. I have 3 bars of 4G lte in my office which is where I was during the call. I couldn't read exactly what the message said bc I only saw it as I ended the call and it went away. All I saw was "mobile data" so that must have been it.
