It confuses me what's what. A lot are shown as BTU but mine shows as XEU. Mines unbranded UK.

I find that strange too as XEU seems to be unbranded UK/Ireland, but I know UK people on this firmware while I'm actually in Ireland on BTU (which is unbranded UK only).

Just popped up there too. Though unfortunately the work WiFi has managed a grand total of 3MB of it in 7 minutes.

Downloading at work in the UK too. Thanks to LTE and a big data allowance! Here's hoping battery life gets back to pre April update levels!

More firmware releases for the Global S7 Edge model, G935F, from Samsung on the latest build, 1st June, release, PF2, on changelist #8252943...

United Kingdom
Slovenia (Mobitel)
Germany
Israel
Luxembourg
Nordic Countries
South East Europe
Poland
Croatia (Two)
Italy
Baltic
United Arab Emirates

Check via OTA or Samsung Smart Switch.

(It can be seen that unbranded models, again, dominate in this list)

Just a heads up - the update switched off WiFi calling for me so may need to switch back on if you use it

Doesn't seem to have fixed the keep awake that drains the battery anyway. Mine is still climbing and climbing.

Just downloaded here. Took 1m 15s on mobile data. That's faster than my home broadband. Had a panic on restart, I have a Sim card pin and it said I had 0 attempts left.

Don't want to tempt fate (which writing this post clearly is) but my fingerprint sensor hasn't missed a beat once since the update. It normally works OK but certainly isn't as good as I had hoped (or think it should be) bit since the update it has worked first then every time. And quickly!

I think it's too early to tell although I am at 3.5 hours screen on with 38% remaining which is pretty good considering I also downloaded and installed the update over LTE so maybe there are some improvements. I cleared the cache partition straight after update. Will see over the next few days

Has the battery life improved with this new update

Too soon to tell. You need 3 or 4 charge cycles before you can make an informed call on battery life. I'm sure we'll get the usual posts from those that say they have just updated and it has dropped from 50% after the update, to 20% in the space of an hour or two.

How do you clear the cache partition? I'm planning a factory rest anyway when I get time, so will this do it anyway?
