is my SD card going bad and can i copy and replace it?

Hello S7 Edge users, lately I been seeing apps that are loading from my SD card showing greyed out for their icon but they still work when I select them. If I reboot the phone, the icons are back to normal but I am not sure when and why it goes back to being greyed out. Is this a sign that my SD card might be failing and die soon?

If I get another SD card, is it possible to duplicate the apps and data without having to re-install everything? I really do not want to lose any data or photos on my SD Card if I need to replace it.

Have you restarted the phone? Thats how apps look when they were moved to SD card and the phone was restarted and it can't find the apps moved to SD.

Use Helium to back up app data.
