How Can I Remove The Floating Button With 4 Squares Inside Of A Circle?

is that the Game launcher icon? Though that one is 4 circles inside of a larger circle but there is also a D-Pad looking icon in it also

Are you talking about this icon?

If so, go to settings > accessibility > dexterity and interaction > assistant menu and toggle it off
