Bluetooth & Wifi

Everytime my phone re-boots it turns off Bluetooth & turns on wifi. Is there a way to make Bluetooth persistently ON & wifi persistently OFF, even after reboot. Ide like to keep connection with my watch but not wifi.

Tried. Powered off. Press 3 buttons. Warned about installing a custom ROM, do I want to proceed or cancel & restart phone. I chose to restart phone. No other options?

It sounds like you booted into Download Mode instead of Recovery Mode. Are you sure you pressed Power/Home/Vol Up, instead of Vol Down? If you press Vol Down in this combination, it goes to Download Mode.

Samsung just released a update just to day to fix all that check your phones

If Samsung just released it, that doesn't mean it's available for your phone yet. Especially if you have a carrier phone, it could take weeks to months for the update to get to you.
