ok guys i have a trick not original but it does give faster access to data toggler not on the notification bar but on home screen i came up with this after reading this tread=
hxxp://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-s7-edge/help/built-caller-id-hidden-t3357996[/url] for the incoming caller ID hack. here is the GPLAY link for the app=hxxps://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sika524.android.quickshortcut well with that app i did a data search look for phone com.android phone then you click on it to branch it then tap on mobile data then create short cut and bingo no more clicks after clicks. then i found a image of a setting with the data toggle image took a picture of it edit it to smaller size and swap it with the phone image like i said not perfect but it will do for me. hope this help others her is image of it maybe somebody can make a nicer data icon image.
