Not rotating properly

Does anybody know how to calibrate the gyroscope in the S7 edge? It never rotates properly when taking a photo (I have to rotate further to get it to change orientation), and if I open a bubble level app, the bubble is always off-center.

I've tried a complete factory reset and nothing has changed. If I calibrate within the level app, it only works until I restart the app.

Unfortunately, it sounds like you have a hardware issue. You might try what's recommended in this video.

I think you're right. I tried the self test and it passed. Unfortunately, there's no option to calibrate. I might need to contact Samsung support.

Yep - if that's the case and software won't recalibrate, it's probably time to get on the phone or in a chat and see what you can do. Good luck!
