Contacts disappear

If I add any new contacts after a few minutes the disappear. Tries several times same result Disney matter where I add them from anyone else with this issue.

Are you adding the contact to the local Phone account, your Google account, or your Samsung account?

Tried all accounts they still disappear.

If you add them to the Google account, are they showing up when you go to contacts.google.com on your computer browser?
