"Auto Combination" Setting non existent in my S7 Edge. US Cellular

Trying to stop my phone from breaking up SMS messages over 160 characters from splitting into several parts. I have been struggling to find a fix for this for a while and I finally did find a solution, but the settings to fix it are missing from my phone.

Only option I have under more settings -> Text messages is "Delivery Reports"

I have never had this issue before this phone.
