E-mail notification sounds are so loud it takes my ear off

Hi all,

I listen to music a lot through headphones and also have my e-mail sync'd to my phone. No matter how low I set the volume of notifications , it damn near takes my ear off! Only solution is put on vibrate but am hoping there's something I'm missing?

You can remove email notification sounds altogether

Use an app like Tasker or Automate to turn down your notification volume down automatically when you plug headphone in and turn it back up when you unplug headphones.
