Do these ram cleaning apps actually work or are they full of BS. Is there any out there that are really good and actually work don't mind paying for something that works

BS. Android is designed to eat as much RAM as possible to run faster. It's not Windows XP. Android preloads the most used apps in suspended mode onto RAM so it won't use up battery and CPU cycles to load them when needed or when there are recurrent processes needing them. They open faster too because they already preloaded. RAM cleaning apps would just cause the phone to reload everything else back to RAM once they are called for hence using CPU and battery more.

Instead of a ram cleaning app, check out the app package disable pro (Samsung) in the play store. You'll be able to disable apps you don't use so that they won't use ram
