Hi, I am new to the forum and need some help with my Samsung S7 EDGE. So I got my phone around the 7th NOV from EE and enabled the Fingerprint to unlock my phone. It was fine up until a couple days ago when I realised that I could unlock my phone by just swiping my finger. I checked my settings and Fingerprint and password was still enabled. I locked my phone using the power button many times and it didn't change. However, randomly after 5/10 mins it just changed back.
Another 30 mins and the same thing happened. I checked all my settings and restarted phone etc and same thing and it keeps doing it.
Is my phone faulty and should I contact Samsung/EE? or is there a simple fix?
