Hello, new android user here! I recently bought a sprint galaxy s7 edge on craigslist and had it unlocked with a service. The unlock went well (i think) but now i am in India trying to use an Indian sim card and im having troubles.
According to airtel (the indian service provider) i may need to configure the APN but when i enter the APN setting it says that access is restricted for my current profile. When the phone attempts to do a profile update it gives me a 407 error code.
I know nothing of androis phones at this point, much less what all of these settings updates and error messages are, this is my first android ever.
Can i resolve these issues?
