Always on display

Hello, there is an option on the always on display where you can use one of your images. Well, when I try to use it it says that always on display has stopped. Does anyone know what can I do about it?

Go into settings> applications

Find always on display

1.Select clear cache and clear data. See if this fixes the issue.

If this doesn't work then,

2. Select Always on display in applications and,
Uninstall all updates
Clear cache
Clear data

Go to Galaxy apps > my apps
Update your always on display again
