Go with the Samsung.
I haven't seen any speed tests for the S7 itself, but the Galaxy line has a reputation for finickiness in regard to SD cards. I know I have killed three non-Samsung cards in various Galaxy devices.
Right now, I am using a Samsung EVO+ in my S7E

Good luck - this stuff can give you a real headache. My own personal experience - I'm using a 128GB Samsung Evo card (not even the +, which I moved to a different device) and it has worked extremely well and is fast enough to record 4K video (virtually any UHS-1 card is fast enough). "Fast enough" is very subjective and in many (most?) real-world use cases you don't need the very fastest card available if you want to save some money. Most important - get a reliable brand from a reliable dealer.
