I'm sure I'll eventually go to Nougat, but my S7E running MM is as perfect a phone as I've ever owned, and I do not want to screw that up with the first release of Verizon's version of Nougat. So I plan to wait a while and let others do the testing on it.

The question is, how can I turn off notices of the update? I've been able to do that in the past, but all my phones before this one were rooted. So I'm not sure it's possible. Hoping it's just one app I can turn off notifications for, or something like that.

Thanks. I disabled notifications from System Updates, so hopefully that will do it.
