whats wrong with my s7 edge

so im not very good at english but ill try to explain my best.so recently i bought a second hand s7 edge but when talking with someone on the phone they hear my echo and theirs,when i switch to the loud-talking mode they hear me normal.If my microphone is broken can i change it with a regular s7 one , because in my country i cant find a s7 edge one?

It should be the same for both, BUT I can't say for certain. Have you checked your case? In the past some cases had echo problems with the S6 and Note 4/5 phones as they were bouncing audio back to the noise cancellation microphone. You can also check the voice settings for your calls and disable all filters and advanced calling features to see if those would help.

To expand on what spooky said, open your dialer, go to More and select settings.
Go down to More Settings.


Then check to see if Voice Privacy is enabled. If it is, disable it and try a call again.


You might want to check your settings in Accessibility and see if something is enabled in there.
