Tried everything. Media volume on Powerbeats3 is extremely low on my S7 Edge. Phone calls are normal. Worked fine at initial sync. Got a Garmin Vivo and problems started shortly afterwards. I've unpaired/ paired, restarted/ rebooted and issue is still there. Is there an issue with the Bluetooth with two devices "competing" for control? So frustrated, these were gifts and really want to use them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried forgetting the Vivo from the phone, and then seeing if the media audio plays normally on the Powerbeats3? From what you wrote, it sounds like you might have tried unpairing them, and then immediately re-pairing them.

I've tried everything and can't find previous post on this same issue. Garmin VivoHR and Powerbeats3 were given as gifts. At initial sync, both worked great with no issues. Then for some reason, the media volume on the Powerbeats3 is so low, sound is barely audible. In discussions with Powerbeats support, it appears to be software issue. The conversation with Pb3 support was using the headphones so phone call audio levels are great. It's just media volume. The next hypothesis was compatibility with the Garmin VivoHR. Everything has been done. Garmin's been unpaired and still volume issues. Both Garmin and Powerbeats unpaired, cache cleared and Pb3 paired only but the volume issue was still there. Are there any other remedies possibly? Any constructive feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for even reading this.

Thanks for merging. Guess there is no immediate fix. Is there a good bluetooth wireless headphone that works well with the S7 Edge? Looks like a family member will be getting some regifted headphones for Xmas this year.
