S7 Edge screen black problem

[AC Question]

Hello, My girlfriends S7 Edge randomly had the screen go black, and restarting the device with Pwr and Vol Dwn (as well as charging) don't seem to fix the problem. The LED indicator blinks, but that's it. We both are in Hawaii and people here suggested us TCAWireless as the best place to go. We are confused right now. What should we do?

If you can call the device, it's the screen. If not, it may be the phone.
If you get some kind of response when you touch the black screen like a vibration or beep it's likely to be the LCD. If nothing it could be the digitiser too... Take it to where the locals recommend..
