Slower charging under Nougat

With the Marshmallow operating system, when my phone was at 60% charge, the Samsung wireless fast charger would tell me the phone would be fully charged in 1 hour. Under Nougat, it's 1 hour, 10 minutes.

I've noticed this on multiple chargers and different phone charges when starting; it seems Nougat is charging about 10% slower. Also, when I use the Waze navigation app, my phone would charge in the car at the rate of about 5% per hour; now it's 2%.

Anyone else seeing something similar?

Hmm, I'm look out for it next time I charge. N seems more battery hungry, but the battery saver mode and judicious and ruthless disabling of apps is useful...
