I can't surf the internet/social media while on call - HELP?!!
I just upgraded from the Samsung Note 3 to Samsung Galaxy Edge 7. I just noticed that I can't surf the internet or do any social media sites while I am taking a phone call. How can I change that?

Are you with the same carrier and the same area? I have no issues on using mine while on calls. T-Mobile here (with T-Mobile S7 Edge).

Not sure if you do this but trying to hit back won't let you exit from the call screen, you have to hit the home button. Or you can use the phone app in split screen mode also.

If you are on Verizon, you have to go into settings -> advanced calling. Then activate advanced calling (if it isn't already activated), and go into advanced calling and turn it on. That switches the phone to use voice-over-LTE. If the phone is using CDMA calling, you'll lose the ability to surf while on a call.
