    My Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is failing to install more applications yet it has an internal memory of 64GB and less than 1GB has been used. When I try to install more application a message comes to say no enough space, clear some space to install this application.

    1 check whether the unknown source is set.
    2 see whether the downloaded software format is supported by the machine. Android system phone support software format for.APK format.
    3 download the software, please read the details of the software to see whether the machine operating system, etc..
    4 if you are still unable to install the software / game, may be due to the lower version of the software or software version and system compatibility, it is recommended to download the new version of the installation attempt;
    5 if it is invalid, backup the data in the phone (contact, information, photos, etc.), restore factory settings attempt.
    If the problem persists, please bring the purchase invoice, warranty card and machine to Samsung service center, testing by professional engineers help customer service.
