A common issue, Samsung will repair under warranty as long as the phone shows no physical damage

I just started having the same problem. It's happened twice for a short time, which isn't a big, but I'm worried it will get worse.

    Thanks for posting.

Since it doesn't show up in screenshots, its likely a hardware issue.

I've currently got it. Samsung set me up with a service call at a local authorized Samsung repair center in a Best Buy, but I would need to leave it for a few days. I dont' have a current backup phone, so until that happens, I'll need to live with that pink line.

I have the same pink line. It goes down from the right of the front camera on the front of the phone and all the way down the screen. It sometimes disappears when I press the front camera area, but it comes back immediately.
I don't know what this is, but I'm ok living with it as long as it's not damaging my phone whenever I use it.
Although, having seen all these comments saying you all have the same pink line in the same place on your S7 Edges, I'm starting to think it's not an issue with my phone in particular.
I'm not willing to send my phone anywhere to get it repaired, as I don't have a backup phone and I use it all the time.
I'm going to do more research on the "pink line on s7 phones" issue and see what other people have to say. Otherwise I might go in to where I got my phone from.
I hope all of us fellow S7 Edge users can get this issue sorted as a whole.

I had to send mine back to Samsung. They repaired it under warranty. I was within my year. They were very good and they even noted my battery needed replacing and they took care of that as well.

Do not do a warranty exchange with your carrier, it is being viewed as physical damage and some people are being charged. Go straight to Samsung and be ready to send your phone in.

Ive seen device develop this issue after taking a spill. Not saying everyone has dropped their phone but it definitely seems to be the hardware not withstanding what it should.
