I inadvertently removed the "Apps" icon...how do I put it back on home screen?

There is no "Apps" app in the app drawer and I can't find it in the Play Store.

Help! Where is it? I'd like to put it back on my dock.

Anyone have any ideas?

It's a widget. I use Nova launcher; long pressing the home screen provides access. Not sure for TouchWiz.
