This could go anywhere but as i have a S7E i may as well put it in here.

I bought an ANker bluetooth speaker. I paired with it just fine and i can play music through the speaker just fine, however i want to stop all other sounds from being sent to the speaker its not nice hearing all the clicking noises and notifications etc while you use other apps on your phone. Can you send audio only to your bluetooth speaker. I use Poweramp for music i have disabled google music.

It would seem to me that only music would go, especially as you're using a music app. If nothing else, you could turn off system volume when playing music. I would look in Poweramp to see if there is a setting to isolate music, but again, I would see no way those could get thru in the first place. There may be a phone setting to isolate external speakers to music only, otherwise, haven't anything else. Please report back if you find something.

Thanks for your reply. I am able to put my phone into vibrate or silent and this disables the other sounds however when i get a call this still comes through my speaker.

I went through the setting in Poweramp, there is bluetooth settings but nothing that looks like it does what im looking for.

Okay, don't think you can do anything about a call as the phone will go to an external source if one is there, it probably thinks its a headset.

In the Bluetooth option at the top of the pull down screen if u hold on that and select the settings wheel at the side of it it give options of what audio u want on that device. Just deselect what u don't want and leave audio on

    Many thanks for your reply.

I thought it did not work at first but you actually have to select and hold on the name of the Bluetooth device and not the Bluetooth icon. I found the setting and disabled phone audio, now calls dont go to the speaker which is great. I still get clicking noises like when im using my keypad but that goes off if i put my phone into vibrate or silent. It would be great to disable those sounds too.

well done were half way there

Go into keyboard settings and turn them off. Look for key tap feedback

Yeah thats another option i suppose. I was making lots of typing errors trying to get used to the keyboard, i read someone had the same issue and using the feedback noise and vibration helps, i find it does help me when its enabled. If i dont find another solution i will disable it temporarily while playing music.
