I recently had to replace my Verizon S7 Edge due to the LCD breaking. I now have the replacement. I had a problem with the touch screen sometimes not responding but decided against dealing with another replacement. Well, today the phone got submerged in roughly 3-4in of water. I figured nothing was wrong since it's rated at 1.5m for 30mins. I get home, and the screen was green. I decide to air it out, then place it in rice. That's where I'm at now. My question is, is this covered if the rice doesn't help? Will I have to pay the $200ish for another replacement? Or worse, retail price for a new one?

lmao... unless you have a water damage specific warranty, there's a 99.9999999% chance it won't be covered.

you need to keep the phone in rice for anywhere between 24-48hrs and you may have to buy a wireless charger
