This is only for internal storage. There are downloaded pictures disappearing from my gallery and also screenshots. This is only on internal storage. Please help!

Are these images all saved to the Download directory only? If so, try moving those images immediately to some other directory (like Pictures). Some phones have a "cleaner" app that can be set to periodically clear out the Download directory.

Screenshots aren't. I downloaded pictures from Friendly.

If you use a file manager app like My Files to look directly in the directory where those images are saved to, can you still see the actual image files there? Do you know which directory they save to? Screenshots should be in the /Pictures/Screenshots directory (not /DCIM). If you're using the Friendly app, I'm not sure if downloaded images go to the Download directory or some specific directory for that app.
