Double Tap to Unlock while in a call

[AC Question]

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge on ATT Service. This 'double tap to unlock' overlay started showing up while I'm in a call recently. I want to disable it, but I have searched in all the settings menu options I can think of to try to see how this got turned on, and how to turn it off, but I can't find it anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having the same issue, too, just since last night. Annoying as hell. Samsung tech support via chat couldn't tell me why it was happening or fix it. Grrrrrr.

TURN OFF THE VIDEO CALL on your phone settings. It worked for me.
