Stock clock not snoozing since update

More or less what the title says. All of a sudden the stock alarm clock has stopped presenting me with the option to snooze after the main alarm sounds. It seems to be having problems since updating. The fact that its icon has also changed leads me to think that a change must have occurred. The option is still there in alarm setup - 3 times at 5 mins - but no snooze tap presents on the screen when the alarm sounds. This has caused oversleeping which is not good! Any help would be appreciated. NB. I run do not disturb, but the clock and snooze has always overridden that.

I received the update but normally don't use snooze so I checked it out. The alarm screen did change, but I do get the snooze button.
