Samsung s7 edge grey lines wont go away

I have this really weird problem and i cant find any answers to it online. My s7 edge has had lines that split the screen in two different areas with different brightness's. as a matter of fact my phone has 3 different brightness's at once and some areas appear to be more grey.

And i noticed that the Instagram logo that you see when you open the app is now also permanently stuck on my screen in a different brightness as if the ghost of the words Instagram area always on the screen. i don't think this is a coincidence but the line that splits the screen is at the exact same place as where the line that separates a YouTube video from the comments is. Its as if certain apps stain my screen with a darker shade.

The lines don't appear when i take a screen shot, they are quite faint but very noticeable when the brightness is up and a bright color is shown on the screen

I dont know if my explanation is very good but i would really appreciate any help because i cant find anything about this anywhere
