    Hello all,

Firstly sorry about the multiple posts. I promise not to do it again!

Yesterday morning my phone stopped working in the after I pressed the home button.

I've watched several videos online showing how to fix the issue:

My main issue is that I purchased my phone in Hong Kong but know that it is likely a grey market phone from Singapore.
I know this due to the Samsung Pay notifications from Singapore that pop up from time to time.

I could NOT purchase a Hong Kong market phone at the time because the official HK version was completely out of stock and I had just broken my A5 and didn't want to replace it with another other than an S7 Edge.

Because of the bootloader exception, I have no idea how to determine which firmware I need to download to try a last ditch effort to reflash my phone.

I have come across this link showing all the firmwares but there are no less than TWENTY from Singapore.
    https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/...dge/SM-G935FD/

Is there any other way to determine which firmware I require without turning on the phone?

    Thank you all!
