Samsung S7 Edge WiFi Setting Not Saying On

[Android Central Question]

Hi guys.



Asking this on behalf of a friend Smiley Happy



Her WiFi doesn't seem to turn on, and shown in this 30 second video I recorded displaying this problem: youtu.be/Jv-HgXO0bo4


She said that she has tried everything with it including:


1. Tried connecting to the WiFi through other ways on the phone (but the same thing still happens)

2. Turning it off and on multiple times

3. Reset the phone to factory settings

4. Changed the SD Card


Anyone know why this might be happening and how to resolve this issue? Smiley Happy
