Hi, I have a Samsung S7 Edge that recently repeatedly restarted itself and then gave up on life. I'm prob going to buy a new (non-samsung) phone. I'm hoping to extract the contacts and memos in my S7 edge (I have it backed up on Samsung cloud). Is there a way I can extract the info without a working samsung device? Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately, nope. The only way to do that is to restore to another Samsung device and export from there. For contacts I'd suggest you use your Google account instead as that will restore to any device, regardless of OS and can be easily accessed/edited on any web browser as well.

For memos, since those were saved using Samsung Notes, even if you could restore to a non-Samsung phone, those wouldn't be transferred. You need to manually export them (from Samsung Notes) to a PDF or a JPEG file.
