[Android Central Question]

Here is what I am trying to do:

Edit a picture and add a text filled with different colours. So,

1. I open the gallery app and select a picture.
2. I want to add text to that picture so I choose the text icon at the bottom
3. I then choose a colour on the colour bar shown on the write
4. I then write the text.

On, my phone, the text is always either black or white. In fact, it is also the same with any other photo editing app like canva. My husband has Samsung s7 and there the text is filled properly.

What could be wrong? Is there a setting that is affecting text fill?
