Must of missed that , but thing is we dealing with completely different version of the phone from different market , but all I can suggest is try to factory reset see if it helps if not I'm going to go with its not for US region. And no you can't flash International version to US version.

Yeah make sure you do a back up , should be in settings > maybe under general then reset

If you use Samsung cloud or Google photos , can back up text ,phone logs,pictures,videos,app data etc..

Once you choose that it will warn it removes all data, and link accounts and will need to be restored once it boot up.

I dont use clouds, i already back up picture and text . is this the data you talk about to be restored or it is kind of software on other stuff

Then you should be ok , app date can get saved to the cloud but since you don't use no worries.

as of now they ask me to choose between those 3 options it seems to be about privacy , il wish to give as little permission to the phone but still be able to use it.

Probably something with that device variant , you tried everything possible and nothing has worked .
