I just noticed that the S7 have the Video call capabilities. Pretty excited about it, and then realized it was only available on the S7 and S6 active. Not even available on my S6E.

Anyone knows why it's available on the S6 Active, and not on the S6E/S6?? What other phone(s) is capable of video call?

Video calling is available on the standard S6. I had it and used it on Tmo US. I believe it was added when the S6 moved to 5.1.1 Lolipop.

Video calling only works when calling other compatible Samsung devices. If your S6 doesn't offer video calling its your carrier's limitation.
