Game Launcher and other Apps Missing or not in the drawer?

Everything I read about the Game Launcher says to "Find it in the App Drawer and..."

Well, its not IN my app drawer. Do I need to install games before the Launcher reveals itself? Am I somehow missing the Game Tools and Launcher? Why do I need to come here and ask?

Also -

Why are certain apps not visible in my App Drawer that I KNOW are installed (Hang Outs, for instance)? I have to SEARCH the App Drawer to reveal them. Seems a little inconvenient to me.

I am coming from an S4 - So this whole UI is a bit different for me.

Apparently the game launcher is in settings, advanced and needs to be turned on as it is off by default

Thank, found it. Odd that I had to ASK for help to find that...

Now what about the weird lack of apps in the drawer? YouToube, Hangouts... These are big apps that I had to search for to reveal, yet some others that self installed from my sync showed up in the drawer...

And widgets... Where are the widgets?

As far as widgets I just long press on the home screen and widgets pop up on the bottom.
