Where can I buy an International Galaxy S7 to use with Verizon?

From everything I read, the Exynos 8890 Galaxy S7 is far and away superior. I want to buy that version and use it on Verizon. Is there a place I can buy a compatible version?

You might not be able to. With Verizon having a CDMA / LTE network it will require the ESN to be in their database. So it fits not branded or a Nexus device certified to be used on their network you wont get it activated properly.
International versions of any phone tend to be GSM / LTE anyway. So another roadblock there.

"Far and away superior?" Hyperbole much?
