I have my S7 now, but i have the Exynos chip. I heard it can actually be better in terms of battery and app performance, but i heard gaming wise its no where near is good. Should i expect games to run well or lag on this in comparison? How much worse would it be?

Personally, I would think the Exynos would do better. As far as his points about heat, the Snapdragon 820 can get kind of toasty itself, especially when using it for VR. I'd love to hear anyone else's feedback on this, because I'm thinking about trying to pick up one of the Exynos-powered units myself, probably in the Edge flavor.

The, "Beast from the East", the Exynos octa core 8890 model with Quad-core 2.3 GHz Mongoose + quad-core 1.6 GHz Cortex-A53 is probably a better choice all round, than the Qualcomm quad core Snapdragon 820 model with Dual-core 2.15 GHz Kryo & dual-core 1.6 GHz Kryo.
