Can someone help me out please? Im a proud owner of the Galaxy S7 for like 2 months now, everything is fine and its an amazing phone but I think I have a software problem with my Galaxy S7.

    This is the problem :

Couple weeks ago, I tried to update my software at Device Info - Software Updates, The loading icon stopped with spinning and my cellphone became hot at the back, after 5 minuts I recieved a notification like this : Device Software didnt correctly installed on a legal way, try to restore your phone with smart switch or contact your mobile provider.

After Ive seen this message, I turned on smart switch, cabled my phone on and Ive made a restore and updated my galaxy S7. Everything is working fine until today, Same problem again, the loading icon is keep loading now, phone is getting hot and after 5 minuts, the same notification.. Don't know what to do anymore...

Back up using smart switch and helium, then try to use the emergency software/firmware recovery in smart switch. If that fails, do a factory reset.

Try using smart switch to update. And you already did the firmware repair?

My only guess would be -
Do you have any type of package disabler installed?
Something (third party app) you've downloaded & installed that might disrupt the installation process?

I doubt I'm hitting in the black on this one, but if it'll possibly helps another user down the line ..... I understand that after a FDR all should be well but just in case.

Who's your carrier out of curiosity?
    What model S7? Which processor?
