Wireless Charging Stand

Mine lasted 3.5 months....anyone else? Was told by T-Mobile to go through Samsung for a replacement. They gave me a ticket number and sent me a UPS label. I used the tracking number to verify it had been delivered and signed for and wanted to find out the status, so I called. Out of stock...no email or call to let me know this. Why? because they said they got both my email address and phone number wrong. Of course the UPS label was sent to the right address. Now they're sending me a gift card (hopefully to the correct address) but I can only use it to repurchase the charging stand, meaning I can't go out and buy one right now...I have to wait for however long this takes. Awesome.
