My GS7 had an Android update on 11/21/16. Since then:
    1. Email no longer recognizes my Hotmail account,

    2. Audio playback has crackly sound, and

**3. My Google Photos Assistant-created videos which I save to the LIbrary, will no longer download onto my device. They used to download into a "Restored" folder on my phone and would be given a certain name (if video than name was "MOVIE-38" or something, if something else (gif/jpg) would have the date of the photos incorporated.
Since 11/21/16 now the videos are unplayable, unsharable, no audio or video (and only a few kb data, grey screen, will not play), same with the gifs who also are being automatically given file names with random dates and times in 2013 chosen (instead of the original as before). Assistant-created photos seem to download, or "restore", fine still.

What happened and how do I fix this??? Would reflash of software do it?

The first thing I do after any update is a "wipe cache partition". That seems to cure a lot of problems.

    Good luck,
    Mark
