The S7 is my first Android phone. I have been searching for the best way to transfer music to my phone. I would prefer to store the music files on the microsd card, but I don't want to have to remove it every time I want to add something. What is the best method for transferring music files from computer to the S7's microsd card without having to remove the card?

Install Samsung USB drivers to your PC, connect using the cable it came with. Unlock your screen and swipe down to choose connection method and select MTP or USB. In Windows explorer, select the phone and it will show device and SD card. Drag your music to the card

I've been trying to figure out how to do this since I got it... can't believe it was this simple. In case anyone else needs the link to the drive download: Samsung Galaxy S7 active, 32GB, (AT&T), Titanium Gray

It might not be at all what you're looking for, but I find the easiest thing to be backing up my music from my computer on Google Play Music, and then downloading directly from the app. There's an option to store it on the SD card.
