Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by little black dots? Do you mean that there seem to be gaps in the backlight? Is it only an aesthetic problem?

The capacitative buttons are translucent markings with a backlight, so it can't be dead pixels. Can you take a picture and show us?

so i tried to take a picture and its so tiny that u cant see it so maybe its dirt or something under the screen and is it posible that it spreads on the screen like dead pixels?

Can you confirm that you're talking about the hardware capacitative buttons below the actual screen of a Samsung Galaxy S7? It just sounds like you're asking about onscreen navigation softkeys, which the S7 wouldn't have.

Assuming you don't notice any stain or residue on the surface of the capacitative buttons (e.g., an ink stain), then it's probably some dust or debris under the glass. Not sure what you can do about that.
